Key Processes
Below are just some the commonly asked processes from customers.
Supplier Complaints
The supplier complaints process allows you to find, and resolve, any issues that relate back to your suppliers. This could be anything from a missed delivery to a faulty batch of supplies.
Complaints can be raised instantly to a list of pre-installed suppliers, to ensure the complaint is promptly received. A prompt can be set up to tell you to chase a supplier if they don’t respond within a certain timeframe. You are then guaranteed to resolve the issue.
SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Report)
This process is used to raise a single or multiple non-conformance by a supplier. You can conduct your root cause analysis of the problem to help further identify the issue, so that it can be addressed accordingly.
Once done, both corrective and preventive actions can be raised for that supplier to eliminate any future non-conformances. These tasks can be assigned to specific individuals to spread workload while keeping all relevant registrations in one place.
Notifications can be set up for managers affected by the issues. This will keep them up to date with the supplier’s progress in correcting the issue raised.
